Always IT person and HR will be spying on employees from cameras. If you talk to other colleagues for more than 10 mints message will pop up saying please don't talk from HR. Even if you take the phone out and keep for five minutes message pops up saying " please limit the usage of phone on the floor". HR is not HR but a gurkha + lecturer. If HR doesn't like you next second you are out of office. I personally don't recommend any person they have bond of one yr if you voilate have to pay 2.5L....Read More

There are very few things which I personally like about company, good salary, prompt on time salary, good benefits, supportive HR.

Appraisals will be given to only employees who are favorites No work satisfaction because job portal will be only given to employees who are favorites. very toxic culture. I only like the tools they provide for recruitment. Most of the companies does not provide almost most of the tools to support their recruitment vertical.

Dislikes

They don’t provide good salary, they always negotiate to work on less salary from your current CTC. HR management or persons are poor in providing any information and if you leave the company they will not provide relieving letter and other documents on time. As per their company norms, from the date you resign you have to complete 15 days notice (it is good) but after completing your notice you have to wait for next 60 days to get your relieving or other documents. But their office politics are un imaginable and also they remove you with 3 Months of joining in the office and they will torture you like anything.. you don't even respect your feelings or your personals .
