Nothing to like here, everything in VIT is like a dictatorship(Hitler Rule) from the management. They will not recognise System analysts in the company and they will not offer full time employment.

Dislikes

As a ex-employee my dislike here is, there is no difference between System Analyst and house keeping employees. Moreover salary will not go more than RS. 8000. Even after putting lot of efforts, and no appreciation if you extend and complete your work. The company will not offer full time employment, if you are working in IT department.
