For technical student is very useful to gain a practical knowledge and technical knowledge. As I am join as fresher know I gain some experience and company environment is good.

Dislikes

Salary, as I technician to do work in less salary and in that only I have to adjust means it's difficult, so if increasing in salary is better and I can support my family also.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No salary increments,my experience 6yers, in vrvs1.8yrs,I have also completed b.tech,diploma,iti but still I m a electrician,i want Shift engineer post or other higher post

Work is so hard,housekeeping,plumbing,painting,drain line cleaning all we are works,night Shift only one electrician all works handled,so increase manpower for night Shifts.
