Vrbo is a multicultural company, with people from all over the world, working all together in Madrid office.

Dislikes

Very poor HR that threatened employees, Suspension of commission plan AFTER the end of quarter penalizing the overachievers (huge lack of honesty), workers are at the base of the pyramid, being fired when times are tough.
