It is the worst ever HR & Admin department I have seen. You can't even expect basic respect once put down your papers. They will treat you like you have looted their money. Worst work-life balance and be prepared to work on their tool which is 2 decades old. They will call you a Java developer or selenium automation tester but the real truth is you have to work on their tool.

Don't know when you'll get removed and has a lot of internal politics going on You don't use selenium here you'll forget everything you learned about Java and selenium when you join this company. People here won't even hear your side of the story. Worst HR department and worst IT department. They'll remove you without an proper explanation.

No proper Roadmaps and planning regarding the project and product.Timeline changes everytime and lack of poor support from Product team.And also the development stack is a in house tool so once you're too much used to it you will definitely start forgetting Java.
