No proper Roadmaps and planning regarding the project and product.Timeline changes everytime and lack of poor support from Product team.And also the development stack is a in house tool so once you're too much used to it you will definitely start forgetting Java.

Arrogant colleagues. Just because one has been there in the organisation for few years, it doesn’t grant you to be arrogant.The worst part is the organisation won’t take action.Organisation should always be above any individuals. But sadly this company has lost it charm, which it had initially.

- Nothing to learns for software developers, they use their own tool to build projects, which will make your knowledge limited to that tool and that will make things difficult while finding a better job - They only talk about Agile methodologies but never follow them, they do several releases on friday and then ask you to work on weekends to fix the production issues - So much micromanagement, number of managers > number of developers and QAs - Very low salary range - Bad Hr and management policies...Read More

They have there own product for development bcoz of that no other technologies to learn everything product handle ,no use in market ,no work life balance, I have been working with volante last 1.5 year, internal politics, blame game, no weekend, work late nights, HR policies terrible, playing with developer carrer.
