Poorly managed work culture. No recognition of your works if you're not favorite to your seniors even if you die working for them. Workspace is very old fashioned like from about 20 years ago. No comfort at all. Poor quality and cheap devices provided to work. Lots of peer pressure. No guarantee for career of your choice. Poor compensation and no bonus at all. Low pay. No professional training, just waste of time for about 6-9 months. Managed by some old guys in their old ways....Read More

Flexible in working culture, working from home since 4 months.Teammates are supportive and management staff is also okay.

Dislikes

Appraisal got cancelled this year due to pandemic, it has affected freshers and engineers at intermediate level the most, because expenses in mega cities are higher and the salary you get is equivalent to what a fruit and vegetable vendors earn.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
