location can be easily noticed, public transportation are easily available so generally most of the employees won't face any problem in commutation.

Communalism observed in many departments, some senior person of this company can offer job to gorgeous girls (if they are ready to share bed), those employees who are working on payroll of Idea always humiliate those employees if you are working on third party payroll, third party employees can never expect a on roll position, neither hikes & promotions are given to those employees who are working on third party payroll. third party payroll employees aren't invited in any official party etc. If you are working on third party payroll and you don't have good relation with your reporting manager then s/he can terminate you without any reason (doesn't matter how much good you are performing, buttering matters)...Read More

work was not bad but reporting manager was really a very bad person who always terminate innocent subordinates because he shares bed with females and promise them to give jobs.
