We didn't get the invoice. we were given two customer support numbers (Raheena and Neethu) and there is no response. The due date of the invoice is 16/04/2022. We contacted several times. For every month we are repeating the same. Your customer support is very poor.

When I was joined Vodafone I was never expected that I will get promotions and development in my skills but in the period of 6 months only I was promoted to be in written Communication department from feedback complaint.
I had expected at that time for increasement in my salary amount but due to I was under graduate it couldn't be possible. location can be easily noticed, public transportation are easily available so generally most of the employees won't face any problem in commutation.

Communalism observed in many departments, some senior person of this company can offer job to gorgeous girls (if they are ready to share bed), those employees who are working on payroll of Idea always humiliate those employees if you are working on third party payroll, third party employees can never expect a on roll position, neither hikes & promotions are given to those employees who are working on third party payroll. third party payroll employees aren't invited in any official party etc. If you are working on third party payroll and you don't have good relation with your reporting manager then s/he can terminate you without any reason (doesn't matter how much good you are performing, buttering matters)...Read More
