Vodafone culture was better. The Leadership team were well adaptive and very caring to the employees. As a result so many employees were there with AON with more than 5 years.
After merger with idea so many good candidate has to leave company because of the merger effect the decision which were taken after the Integration were very fragile and one man decision. No thought been taken to decide for the person. As a result persons are leaving without job and struggling as this stage. Very poor thought. As a result people are struggling for life.
