No work life balance Full of work pressure No job time fix At the time of interview say 10 to 7 job time but at the time of joining no time fix daily 9/10 at night . For New joiners no any learning and give pressure to him in just 20/25 days.

The culture is super awesome. Having strong COC. An organisation where you can improve your skills, learn a lot, supporting team and individuals.

promotions and renumerations are not at par the market trend, too much of expectations that one need tobe always on toe. company first is the thought process

I like that they try to show they are doing so many things for the employees but we know that not the truth

Dislikes

Giving so much pressure and instigating team lead to put down paper and later to cover there trail they will say no one is forcing you , this happened to me i was instigate by Nitro to put down my paper and he cleared told me he don't care if I leave and put a lot of pressure on me and gave 1 days resignation
