Dislikes

Management is baised. Company policies are very good but implementation of policies are poor and hence favouring to the closer once is bigger issue. Which leads politics within the team and people gets demoralised.

Multiple vendors so got hands on experience on routers and switches.

I have been in organization since past 1 year. Overall good organization for those who need to manage personal stuff as well. Some department provide wfh facility so no issue of relocation. Salary increment is minimal so not suitable for those seeking faster growth.

Company is no doubt very nice but management is worse .They should learn first how to talk to the employees.

Lot of nepotism . No proper hike even after getting so many appreciation. Manager's hide appreciation that comes from stake holders. Manager's takes side or listen to only those employees who are his favourite . Hiring is also fixed here. Top level recommendations are preferred for hiring. Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Only thing which I like is they give work from home, which is very needful for few of the ladies.

They put lot of pressure for achieving targets so that they can go ahead of their competitors. Also there lack of support in team and no job security.
