Company is good but people are making it worst and no strategies for the future. People are doing the same things from last 6 years. Revenue is getting worst day by day because of fraud activations. No one cares for the organisation. People are getting promotions by doing fraud activations and bosses are saving there jobs. Real talents are leaving or getting force to leave.

Working culture is getting worst. No one is there to support you. If you are close to the bosses or if you are drinking alcohol with your bosses...you will get everything with promotions otherwise you will be lost in the organisation with actual working in the market and your immediate superior will keep you in front and give you worst rating and save himself. Giving so much pressure and instigating team lead to put down paper and later to cover there trail they will say no one is forcing you , this happened to me i was instigate by Nitro to put down my paper and he cleared told me he don't care if I leave and put a lot of pressure on me and gave 1 days resignation

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.
