Management is baised. Company policies are very good but implementation of policies are poor and hence favouring to the closer once is bigger issue. Which leads politics within the team and people gets demoralised.

Company is good but people are making it worst and no strategies for the future. People are doing the same things from last 6 years. Revenue is getting worst day by day because of fraud activations. No one cares for the organisation. People are getting promotions by doing fraud activations and bosses are saving there jobs. Real talents are leaving or getting force to leave.

Working culture is getting worst. No one is there to support you. If you are close to the bosses or if you are drinking alcohol with your bosses...you will get everything with promotions otherwise you will be lost in the organisation with actual working in the market and your immediate superior will keep you in front and give you worst rating and save himself. I have been in organization since past 1 year. Overall good organization for those who need to manage personal stuff as well. Some department provide wfh facility so no issue of relocation. Salary increment is minimal so not suitable for those seeking faster growth.
