Hikes never come on time if your lucky your 1 st hike can happen in 3-4 years also based on when you joined. Here employees are just treated as tools no respect for the employees from top level. On top of that you can also find nepotism, castism, regionism, favorism,... Etc all types of negative isms here. I am working as Senior engineer in meil it's Very hard work , no timings waste company full mental pressure and torture from higher authorities only for site engineers no work satisfaction Cannot balance personal life,Can't allocate time for family, duty timings very high, no job security

Timely salary make me work in this company

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.

I likes the most is their environment and team and lot of things there to learn always they wants you to make skilled, I worked here approx 2 yr as a Civil engineer and learn a lot of things about my field .

Dont join meil group.Life spoiled.Nims hospital site accommodation is very poor.staying purpose rooms given in hostel.1 small room 8 persons staying.Dgm nagendra babu given poor accommodation to staff.
