It was a great organisation till it was Idea Cellular Limited. Great work culture. Opportunity to learn and grow. The good human touch of HR policies.
After the merger with Vodafone, It became Vodafone Idea Limited. The new entity was governed by Vodafone people at the top who spoiled the work environment in all angle. After merger the company losing Rs. 2000-2500 Cr and approcimately 10 Lac customers every month. After merging of two, one company's revenew and customer base almost vanished. So 1+1 = less than 1 in case of VIL.
