No company can be bad.. Only persons work there can be bad.. Job timings were too much.. No alternative in my absense.. Ur growth doesnt depends on ur performance. It depends on ur seniors if they want u to grow or not.

No appreciation for employee only pressure.Even if you have a lead they are not going to take that seriously.Teammates are not supportive at all.They are like this is your work then do it yourself but they will not provide any help and guidance.Salary is according to qualification and experience and not even a good environment for work</mark>.The owner didn't give any offer letter and terminated me just by a phone call and said I don't have any money right know to pay salary and then he didn't even pay.I got my salary by the help of police.Worst experience ever....Read More
