Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.

Lot of internal politics. Senior management does not have idea what mid management sales managers doing. Sales happening automatically and many sales people are not going to customer rather charging company bills. This way market reputation bad. Company should have control on this.

Old staffs were very humble n kind to work with!!Old managers were very co-operative and we all work as a family!!Functions n celebrations were fantastic n memorable!! Support for the work given by old colleagues was marvellous

It has a good work life balance. Zero politics within team. Managers are very supportive. Paternal Leave is for 4 months. Maternal Leave : 6 months followed by 6 hours work only. Policies are very good and are made for the complete benefit of the employees. 💕

People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.
