Company is good but people are making it worst and no strategies for the future. People are doing the same things from last 6 years. Revenue is getting worst day by day because of fraud activations. No one cares for the organisation. People are getting promotions by doing fraud activations and bosses are saving there jobs. Real talents are leaving or getting force to leave.

Working culture is getting worst. No one is there to support you. If you are close to the bosses or if you are drinking alcohol with your bosses...you will get everything with promotions otherwise you will be lost in the organisation with actual working in the market and your immediate superior will keep you in front and give you worst rating and save himself. It was a great organisation till it was Idea Cellular Limited. Great work culture. Opportunity to learn and grow. The good human touch of HR policies.

Dislikes

After the merger with Vodafone, It became Vodafone Idea Limited. The new entity was governed by Vodafone people at the top who spoiled the work environment in all angle. After merger the company losing Rs. 2000-2500 Cr and approcimately 10 Lac customers every month. After merging of two, one company's revenew and customer base almost vanished. So 1+1 = less than 1 in case of VIL.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Company Policies are employee friendly.. Work life balance. Leave policies are best in India.. Work culture is quite good amongst other service based companies. All of these are as oer my project, others can find it diffrent..

Too much slow in the Tech Race. Employees, who are in VOIS for a long time, taking too much advantages of the policy, than the work the do.. This is also for my project only... others can find it diffrent....

Only thing which I like is they give work from home, which is very needful for few of the ladies.
