There is not much to like working at Vodafone Idea Ltd. I don’t know how the culture is in different circled but in our circle, company is run by the circle policy and not by the policy designed for all at national level by the organisation. People sitting at circle office prohibit people taking leaves and force them to come even onSundays and Holidays as well. There is no work life balance and unless you like to sugar coat everything you say to your manager, you will suffer. As Franchise Lead, you will not have any authority and will be micromanaged for each minute of the day. You are not free to plan your visits as per your wish but also have to think twice before asking for the same as you might be denied visiting your own given territory. People sitting at circle level will not revert on your mails for days or until you add higher hierarchy in the mail trail. You will be framed for FRS Actions against you if you try to raise your voice. In my entire career of 13 years in sales, Vodafone Idea was the worst organisation I have worked for as they don’t have any actual product or service to sell and almost 60-70% sales are manipulated and fake and top to bottom each individual knows the same.
