The work culture was great when the company was Vodafone India Ltd. But since it became Vodafone Idea Limited the culture has deteriorated. No fun in working in this organisation anymore. Employees are leaving in droves. Only good thing is that employees get their salaries on time. Employees are coming to office for the sake of coming & to show their faces to the their managers & the management. Many employees or teams don't have work. They are merely passing their time. Vodafone India used to be an excellent organisation but this merger with Idea has ruined it. The present management doesn't bother about their telecom business. I think they are waiting for it to be taken over by someone. But nobody is willing to invest in or buy it since it has a huge debt....Read More
