Management is baised. Company policies are very good but implementation of policies are poor and hence favouring to the closer once is bigger issue. Which leads politics within the team and people gets demoralised.

I have been in organization since past 1 year. Overall good organization for those who need to manage personal stuff as well. Some department provide wfh facility so no issue of relocation. Salary increment is minimal so not suitable for those seeking faster growth.

Company is no doubt very nice but management is worse .They should learn first how to talk to the employees.

Lot of nepotism . No proper hike even after getting so many appreciation. Manager's hide appreciation that comes from stake holders. Manager's takes side or listen to only those employees who are his favourite . Hiring is also fixed here. Top level recommendations are preferred for hiring. They did not even ask the employee suggestion if they want to work from home or from office..company was open for any option chosen by the employees, but managers made employees life hell....Read More

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.
