The company is very good and well managed but however there is lack of growth opportunities... I had tried for multiple times for growth but I believe that there is little bit partially, that makes unhealthy environment ... Appraisal has been stopped by saying that company is facing problems...At the time of appointment HR has promised 10-20% Appraisal every year however first year it was 15% but second year there is lots of excuses which is properly explained... After leaving Jobs PF amount has been stucked After long follow-up amount has not been transferred till now this creates wrong impression of company's If we see if company appoint new employee he offers from 18,000-20,000 but if anyone wants to rejoin then he will offer the last drawn salary not giving any priority to its ex-employee...Read More
