When you worked with the management who supported the ideology of regionalism , self centric, partiality and favouritism. So there is nothing to talk about likes. It's all about India Management. Yes, I have worked with and for India and Egypt teams, both.

Here are the below points: 1. Micro Management 2. Personal grudges on professional platform, either affect or penalized the employee financially or mentally. 3. Favouritism and Partiality 4. I like that they try to show they are doing so many things for the employees but we know that not the truth

Giving so much pressure and instigating team lead to put down paper and later to cover there trail they will say no one is forcing you , this happened to me i was instigate by Nitro to put down my paper and he cleared told me he don't care if I leave and put a lot of pressure on me and gave 1 days resignation
