Toxic Work Culture. Senior management doesn't seem to bother. 9 resignations at GM and VP level in Karnataka Circle in a span of 8 months did not seem to move any one in the national leadership. Current CBH Anand Dani and Sales Head Amrita Singh are corrupt, inept and useless leaders who are only good at sucking up to their bosses. Giving so much pressure and instigating team lead to put down paper and later to cover there trail they will say no one is forcing you , this happened to me i was instigate by Nitro to put down my paper and he cleared told me he don't care if I leave and put a lot of pressure on me and gave 1 days resignation
