Toxic Work Culture. Senior management doesn't seem to bother. 9 resignations at GM and VP level in Karnataka Circle in a span of 8 months did not seem to move any one in the national leadership. Current CBH Anand Dani and Sales Head Amrita Singh are corrupt, inept and useless leaders who are only good at sucking up to their bosses. Only thing which I like is they give work from home, which is very needful for few of the ladies.

They put lot of pressure for achieving targets so that they can go ahead of their competitors. Also there lack of support in team and no job security.

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.
