The HR Policies were very good and also the thing i like of Vodafone that "this was the first company i joined on-roll position".

1. Even though the company policy was good but it was not very good place to work due to internal politics of employees as well as of management. they were very much partial on their decisions. i remember when Epos & Cpos was in launch phase, being base user of application we were not offered training, in-spite of this training was offered to other non-concern person as the training was in other state and they wants to enjoy on company expense but not interested in training as because it was not their part of job. 2. there were people who was not multi tasking and also not aware about system but they got promotion on every two year on the other hand we worked for almost 9 years without any promotion. management was partial in its decisions on the basis of cast/relation/buttering etc. 3. the management was also not fair on IJP's, they show that they respect talent but actually they work on settings. 4. the late night working policy was not good for work life balance as company pays handsome amount on working till 9 PM but employees and managers misuses this policy, they unnecessarily sit till 9 PM to claim the money, they spend their whole day time in gossip and in evening at 7 PM they sit to close all their pendencies, due to which others people have to sit late night on daily basis....Read More
