Vmware being a mature company you can't expect a lot of development tasks if you are a junior engineer with around 1-4 years. I feel this as a negative point because in my previous company I was working on building a product from scratch so compared to that the learnings at vmware are less.

Everything was wonderful about VMware, the way they support employees and the benefits they offer are simply amazing.
