Privileged to be a part of such a big and dynamic company. Learning is good, but with time it becomes the same work in a project. It might happen that you could be stuck and none would be there to help you, because none would be knowing that tech stack or tool. Company provides time-to-time trainings, and also reimburses other outside trainings, but with manager approvals. Good work life balance, means getting work done at any cost.
