Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

I'm glad to work here since 4 years and is the best platform to learn because you have all the facilities at one place where you can't find such one in Hyderabad, if I'm not wrong. And when it comes to job satisfaction, it depends on how much you love your job. When you work with passion you love everything you do. And I'm happy with my job. Yes, it's not exactly the dislike, but it is because of the department in which I was working. Sometimes we have to work for 12 - 15 hours a day.

My work is completely in the lab, as I was in to research. So, maximum time we work by standing. Facing the client/sponsor audits or internal audits not less than once weekly. And with in the time frame we have to complete the work and can't postpone it.
