First technology is worst they are using (sencha ,tapestry, gwt) you might not have heard and even you don't find any relevant tutorial to learn and nobody give a shit to give a kt on this properly because they also faced same situation when they joined . How they learn is by working as they told . Even a simple bug fix make you through alot of pain . They have a project on latest tech but this is again framework team driven i.e you have to follow the steps set by frmwk team and again learning will be zero . Even most of them struggle to fix a bugs here because of the communication gap between frmwk team and development team . Development team don't know how they have developed the thinks what a things working behind the scenes . My lead , manager and several other I have seen they don't how the basics architecture knowledge when they stuck somewhere they used to take help from here there. For me work life balance is not here .. used to work almost 10_12 hours daily even though you will hear a lot from you manager and lead. They don't care how you know tech or product working on only they know how much output you are giving . So I decided to leave this organisation just after 5 months competiting ....Read More
