People around are very professional, they don't mind about your personal things... All the want is work during work hours and be like you want after it... They have more employee benefits...

Dislikes

Work process is like you start and stop the job as per given schedule... It will be so accurate you have to start by scheduled time and finish by defined time...Always we cant work like robots sometime we may be slow sometime we may be fast some time we will be ill... But all these factors they don't consider.

Good management, lot of benefits to employees, perks, overtime allowances, medical reimbursement etc. Excellent work atmosphere..

Dislikes

Night shift was compulsory and i couldn't handle it as my health didn't permit.

Work Details

I enjoyed working at Visual Graphics. I got a good training initially. Later i was asked to train new recruits who join my team. Learnt lots from my job. Won quality check awards and it motivated me to perform better.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
