Technically you can learn a lot as this is product based company but lack a lot in case of process ( no fixed process) and poor management as they can not stand with their decision for long time. Job security is a very big issue with the company as everyone at senior position try to save their job and sometimes take wrong decision because of this, this is my personal experience might be some other member have some gud experience. Company have good opportunities in cluster and infotainment ECU but for other ECU they don’t have clients which is not good in aspect of learning....Read More

Dislikes

Lack of management people with exact planning. Vision must be their to run some program but in case of some projects that vision is missing as well as communication gap between two layers of management. Job security is a big as company have a policy of hire and fire.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
