Worst management, salary payment lately after 15th, very less fix TA provided for month, Boss behavior is not good, he always use slang languages if a employee fail to complete target even he reached very short to his target....boss hold the salary of the employee for the month...

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
