Nothing as such, my personal experience was very good with my managers and senior, but yes their are many senior in the company that are not adding any value to the organisation and since they are the oldest somewhere thay have become very comfortable in their own space and have become close minded to suggestions and growth.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
