Firing employees. No transparent appraisal rating . Resource might work 2shifts . One day time another till 10 to11pm . One person Work used to start 9 am to handle Indian development activities and ends at 10 pm to support USA team . Many legacy applications you might work .

Aggressive work tracking using code commits, jira epics done etc. Night calls regularly. Lack of team spirit. Everyone is working individually. Quality of crowd has gone down drastically. Those joined in 2023 or later are workaholic. Increments are low < 10% starting 2024.

Clueless upper and middle management, Its like a distillation of incompetence, Everyone even mediocrely good has either quit or has been fired, Managers if you are competent look at you as a threat, Greatest sin is questing them, you can forget about you review and hikes then. if you are idiot you are welcomed and offered anything you want
