Lots of Politics. No job security, any day, you will get termination letter. Bunch of fools in managements. Many teams has no work life balance (working late night is everyday things)

Aggressive work tracking using code commits, jira epics done etc. Night calls regularly. Lack of team spirit. Everyone is working individually. Quality of crowd has gone down drastically. Those joined in 2023 or later are workaholic. Increments are low < 10% starting 2024.

Outdated process and technologies feels like working in the 90s. No clear strategy or vision from leadership. Stressful work that impacts worklife balance. Too much politics and friction between teams. There is a culture where people want others to fail rather than working for the customers. 2 days worth of work takes 15 days to complete due to various process.
