The only benefit was the work from home option and no extension of work hours.

The micro management was extremely disgusting. No one actually knows anything and won't teach or help you but look for options to fire you. They work in hire and fire rule.

The company has hold my salary and has hold the relieving and experience letter, that too with invalid non official SLA where I have asked for relieving with valid medical reasons, they has been mentioning that their SLA is more important than anyone’s medical condition and asking for 2,00,000 for experience letter and relieving with final FNF. I would not recommend working here.

Extremely biased culture. No work-life balance, no job security, terrible managers who will exploit you for their own benefits. They will make you a scapegoat whenever the situation is a little tricky with the upper management. Definitely no scope for self-improvement. terrible culture.

Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on?? TBH they called themselves MNC, but seems like they work more like small companies, wasted time, wasted months for me, no communication between the HR and Management, in my life working for 4 years never saw these kinda brainless creatures. Please join somewhere else and don't waste your time where the HR or Management does not shit!...Read More
