This company is one of the worst company to work because infrastructure is not upto mark. There is no learning or growth opportunity. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The only benefit was the work from home option and no extension of work hours.

Dislikes

The micro management was extremely disgusting. No one actually knows anything and won't teach or help you but look for options to fire you. They work in hire and fire rule.

Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on??
