No Increment:- Although they have written this in their contract that they will give raise after 1 year but they will make fool out of you if you believe it. Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on?? TBH they called themselves MNC, but seems like they work more like small companies, wasted time, wasted months for me, no communication between the HR and Management, in my life working for 4 years never saw these kinda brainless creatures. Please join somewhere else and don't waste your time where the HR or Management does not shit!...Read More
