The culture of the company is very good and agile. Everyone supports and help each other whenever required. You can get maximum learning from anywhere if you want, just depends upon how you tap into opportunities. Great place for self growth and career growth as well.

Dislikes

Employee centric policies can be better and there should be cyclic training done by HR on several policies created for employees and their benefits.

All the members of the team including founders are easily accessible. There is an open working culture. 3. The Leaders believe in creating more future leads and hence they invest their time and coach the team members provided you must show the intent to lead. 4. As this is a startup the expectation from each employee is to 1. take end-to-end ownership and live by the company's value. 2. solve the unknowns and this might be frustrating sometimes because this is actually a very tough job to do. if someone is not able to fulfill this, he/she may find it hard to enjoy the work here.
