Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level leaders in schools, educational institutions, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging an extensive network in the education sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Plan and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
Field Operations:
- Actively engage in fieldwork when required to establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Organize and attend meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the organization's offerings.
- Provide on-site support and training to clients as needed.
Reporting & Insights:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
- A strong network with schools, educational platforms, or institutions like Aakash, Byju's, or similar organizations is highly desirable.
- Experience in interacting with senior leaders and decision-makers across businesses.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
