- Develop strategies to attract top-tier talent for senior positions.

- Build and maintain a network of senior professionals to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Mid-Senior Level Recruitment
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Use advanced sourcing tools and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Provide candidates with a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
- Talent Mapping and Headhunting
- Utilize headhunting techniques to source niche talent for high-impact roles.
- Conduct industry mapping to identify passive candidates.
- Leverage networks and stay updated on industry trends to inform recruitment efforts.
- Recruitment Strategy and Process Management
- Develop and implement best practices for a seamless recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to create customized hiring strategies based on workforce needs.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency and outcomes.
- Independent and Autonomous Execution
- Handle recruitment projects independently, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Take ownership of results and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on:
- Leadership hiring for senior-level positions.
- Mid-senior level recruitment for high-impact roles.
- Proven success in hiring for non-IT roles (e.g, marketing, content, finance).
- Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strategic Sourcing: Proficiency in talent mapping, headhunting, and building networks.
- Proactive Leadership: Ability to drive initiatives independently with minimal support.
