You have freedom to work, you will be champion of the project, from starting to formulation. Scope for improvement. Lot of resources in terms of manpower available.

Dislikes

Recruit only female employees, no approval for chemicals, instrument and infrastructure. No trained people to execute the project, poor infrastructure, toilets are horrible. HR policy are very bad

Miserable life, it's like a training center, people wil come and go. I don't recommend for senior to join.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
