I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I have learn many legal things in this office and it was great working with Mr. Naik Sir he is very cooperative and helpful senior i have ever seen in my career. and also Shekhar Shah sir n all the directors are very nice and polite. I have decided my career path in while working in Viraj Estate.
