In Vindhya Infomedia Pvt Ltd, The management no care about anything in front of business. There is no security for womens. There is no management for employees. There was one TL sajjid He is always saying to employees work hard you support me I will support you but this man is also say Lye for business. After I resigned my job he said to other employees Listen to me and do the work as follow his instructions other wise I tear it up and throw it away (Ukhad k Fake Duga) sale khud Dhool udana nahi jante Hume Ukhadne ki bate karte h. In this company beaf members also work, in an interview no one is telling you or this people to Sunday is working day but the month end the management saying the employees come and support otherwise you are fired not for normal employees including Beaf employees so please first manage your Management then the employees are work there without tention free other wise this company is shutdown from Nagpur....Read More

I always bad learning from My TL because he is not teaching me working time after he drink bear or alcohol call to me or more girls after the shift end 11:00PM at night he is not good for girls and saying one sentence also You Support me I support you, we are always support vindhya but there management is not support to us thats why we are resigned this Job.

Being a part of vindhya since last 3 n half I enjoyed my journey. Journey from agent to QA is amazing Talking about my manager and Qtl I think whenever I approach both of them they are very much helpful for me. Whenever I feel down I go to omkar sir n he make me feel motivated. Manish - The person who always supports in terms of every tasks. I'm reporting to QAM Omkarsinh Rathod he did a lot's of improvement in quality. As he knows the six sigma he always tried to gives the solution bases on his experience with six sigma. He encouraged me to do all the task which is assigned to him so that I could be ready for next level. I am writing for Manish Gajbhiye and Omkarsinh Rathod Agar mai starting ki baat karti hu toh manish was a nice guy he wants to support each and every one in terms if anything…and he was behave very nicely with everyone, help everyone but now time is change when i am working with manish there are so much of misunderstanding happens in between us he don’t wants to support me in anything he just think about other QA’s that is very hurting for me….sometimes i feel he is doing intentionally bcz someone is telling to do such things and his image is making bad infront of each and every person…. For Omkar…in starting i feel he is very genuine guy he will not support to any of us he just thik about himself after that i get to know about him sometimes he is supportive sometime he just think about themselve….As compared to manish omkar is more more supportive for me in terms of everything but sometimes he is just scream out and say words thaat is not necessary someone feel bad…so he need to change this so he can be a good leader...Read More

In vindhya if I talk about hygiene..the cleaning staff is very rude in behaviour they are not doing dusting properly and if we ask to they are not responding for it .they does not care about people's health over there the girls vindhya washroom are very unhygienic we have to think about it

The work culture and Pavitra maam (MD) is great ideal for everyone she is very kind women.

Management don’t take any action on people who are been accused. The Maneger there is full money minded person asks for money talk rubbish about the girl abused a girl on the floor still no action was taken the girl reached to the upper management even though there was no action taken the girl was forced to resign. No one care aboutthe review form which are submitted while release. The manger always ask for money and alcohol parties if stop giving he will start taking revenge on you. I would suggest you guys to please be aware before joining the company it’s just a awareness for people. I know this comment will also be deleted as management don’t want to take action on him. Many of the support staff have left even the management is not taking any action....Read More
