TLs are rude they make some toxic environment on the floor because TLs have pover to do whatever they want nobody say any single word to them if we say that's wrong TL said don't make arguments with us otherwise we'll initiate a mail against you So company need a suggestion box every employee have a right to complaint if some things gone wrong

Environment of the company is friendly and healthy There is no such more strictness. They always have walk in interviews. HR department and support staff are the best desk of the company.

Dislikes

The most important thing salary is very less. 10.5K is very less Salary for a fresher also. Asking girls to complete their targets and extend their stay till late evening. TL's rude behaviour. They don't conduct fun activity. Lack of appreciation. Pick and drop facility not available. 5 working days is not there. If all the above points will make any impact on the company.. then please increase the salary for all of us... And appreciation too which we don't get actually....Read More

As an employee from vidhya request you to be unemployed but not to join Vindhya. There is no such work culture that you will learn something. Not having proper management if you raise any voice against any wrong no one will support. Even no action will be taken. You will just waste your time. As it is specially for disabled people but no service is given to them.

Bad experience Never suggest anyone to spoil their career here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
