My best thing about working at Vinculum was with the people I worked with. I was one of the few people in the company, who was lucky enough to get the best of managers, team, and work I like doing. Also, I got the opportunity to work among cross-functional teams.

Dislikes

Compensation is poor, Work Pressure is very high, Leadership is very poor. Few managers are good but most of them are not. you get a chance to grow when someone senior to you resigns and there is no instant replacement. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is painful sometimes. They hire expensive resources but not ready to pay or appreciate their current valuable resource. You only get appraised when you resign and there is no replacement....Read More

Employees can be terminated at any time under the pretext of the company facing challenging times, often with just one month's salary as severance before saying goodbye.
