Nothing....the worst company I ever worked with, toxic environment with zero employee engagement and no support from management.

Everything...no Competitive salary, no promotions, No HR or management support if you are facing any issues or having any concerns, Zero Work-life balance, also This is a startup company, They'll marked your false LWP for employees then if you raised any Ticket or concern for salary discrepancy HR and manager didn't respond or support, Many employees Absconded for this reason.

I have not worked here but it was asking for it so filled it had my interview today for Team Lead I have total experience of 2 years and Srinivas didn't even ask me basics of TL they started with claim form and denials and later I received call from HR Seenu that I'm Short listed but for team coach please consider this offer as we are doing a big favour of permanent WFH!!! Because you didn't answer questions as per the TL level did you guys in the first place asked me questions about it? Or the company is that backward that they don't know what's shrinkage and attrition and how they calculate MTD etc?
