The plus point is that your placements are within the district or nearby. Job security is there.

Dislikes

Management is worst. There is no Work culture. The behaviour of top boss is not good. The pace of progress is very slow. Systems & network/connectivity issues are there. IT department is very weak. No new products introduced since last 10 years.
